Strategic Consulting background having been a Partner at both McKinsey & Co and Bain & Co for a combined 14 years.
More than 15 years of PE experience in Mexico anchored in a philosophy of active value acceleration.
Jesús Fernández

Holds a Strategic Consulting and Operating background from experience as a consultant at Bain & Co for 6 years and COO of an E-commerce apparel retailer for 4 years.
More than 8 years of PE experience having been a senior member of the Value Acceleration Team in one of the leading PE organizations in Mexico and Spain, closely working with the BOCEL partners on multiple DD, sourcing efforts and value acceleration interventions.
Pilar Gaviria

Ms. Gaviria worked previously in corporate development at Banco Santander focusing in strategic M&A for the bank.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana and is a CFA Charterholder.
