René Fernández

Jesús Fernández
DIRECTOR
Holds a Strategic Consulting and Operating background from experience as a consultant at Bain & Co for 6 years and COO of an E-commerce apparel retailer for 4 years.

3 years of PE experience having been a senior member of the Value Acceleration Team in one of the leading PE organizations in Mexico and Spain, closely working with the BOCEL partners on multiple DD, sourcing efforts and value acceleration interventions.
Gabriel Ruiz

5 years of PE and M&A experience. Prior to joining BOCEL, Mr. Ruiz worked at Dadoo & Asociados, a boutique investment bank specialized in M&A.
