René Fernández

Jesús Fernández

Holds a Strategic Consulting and Operating background from experience as a consultant at Bain & Co for 6 years and COO of an E-commerce apparel retailer for 4 years.

More than 8 years of PE experience having been a senior member of the Value Acceleration Team in one of the leading PE organizations in Mexico and Spain, closely working with the BOCEL partners on multiple DD, sourcing efforts and value acceleration interventions.
Eduardo Mendizábal
VICE PRESIDENT
With over 10 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, and Sustainable Investments, Mr. Mendizábal has led multiple transactions and managed diverse portfolios across renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
He previously held roles at Banco Sabadell, Deloitte, and Credit Suisse. He holds a degree in Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey and an MSc in Sustainable Finance from the University of Edinburgh.
Gabriel Ruiz

More than 5 years of PE and M&A experience. Prior to joining BOCEL, Mr. Ruiz worked at Dadoo & Asociados, a boutique investment bank specialized in M&A. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana.

Ms. Pérez-Gil worked previously at Convixión, a boutique consulting firm specialized in institutionalizing companies. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana.
